I remember there was some guy on the Forums who had inside sources from Vympel, I think? I forgot his name, I know it wasn’t BBCRF but I’m kinda hoping he sees this thread and responds.

I think it might’ve been @_Fantom2451? I just remember @kizvy saying someone on the forum had a lot of good sources on modern RU missiles, and I’m pretty sure it’s Fantom.

i legit saw r77s flatspin as if they are a TVC missile, sometimes they pull so much they overshoot and go to the opposite direction

From the moment changes have implemented into dev server, people repeatedly brought up this issue only to be completely ignored by the devs. It shouldn’t even warrant a bug report as issue is easily reproducible.
Week later it is still there, I guess it will take few major updates until they come up with a bandaid solution.
AMRAAM and PL12 having 1.5x finAoA than it should have, R77 defying physics and reaching 90 degrees aoa flipping itself in the process, mica-em doing loops, missiles wobbling at IOG. Definitely an undercooked update.

It’s funny how much AoA the R-77 can pull with almost no speed. Who needs thrust vectoring, am I right? Grid fins can magically create lift
