I’ve been trying to get back into sim lately but I just can’t distinguish who is a friendly and who is an enemy. I see a Mig-21 and I can’t tell if it’s German, Russian, Hungarian, Finnish, or Chinese. I see an F-4 and I can’t tell if it’s American, German, British, Japanese or Israeli and so on.
Making out what the camo of the jet is from multiple kilometers especially in air sim is just impossible (and not to mention that they often have almost identical camouflages with only different insignias). This is an even bigger issue for jets and SPAA that don’t have a radar with IFF…
These are just some high tier examples but there are more at the lower tiers. Something has to be done about this because it’s just painful to play like this
