Same thing happened to me back in the day when the original Pantsir was added. I didn’t have the highest form of CAS so I ran an A-10A. I immediately dove down and got partially damaged by the proxy fuse after diving for maybe 10 seconds straight down (Back before the 15 mile spawn when the spawn was 10 miles). I’d argue the new Pantsir is worse as it can fire as soon as it sees you spawn and if you don’t move you get struck within seconds. No need to wait for a radar lock.
The problem is the opposite of what you are describing
The USSR tree being the only one that can reliably destroy helicopters (and has a very easy time dealing with planes), while the other nations struggle to defend themselves against top tier CAS is what makes the new Pantsir problematic
People thinking that the Pantsir is too strong because, according to them, CAS is too weak are the same people that caused the CAS situation to get out of hand

You can turn it off.
It is possible to turn off, in the multi menu. So I consider that test invalid.
Cause if you can, wouldn’t there be a possibility that you faked the results by turning it off to get a result that suits your argument
CAS is lowkey overpowered as hell, watched someone get a nuke with just the gripen E last night, but the panstir just is not the answer to the problem.

All the new Pantsir did was nullify the previous counter-SPAA techniques that had been developed. There will be new methods to counter it as time progresses. I mentioned it does 2 jobs extremely well, that being aircraft and munition interception. If it can reliably intercept the typical munitions, use the unconventional ones until new ones get added. I fully agree the new Pantsir shouldn’t have been added but Gaijin will be Gaijin.

I haven’t said anything about the new pansir in full because I don’t have it yet, like the Iris, I am waiting for silver sales to acquire it. I am in no rush.
And I am not going to fall into the “oh it’s op” trap, because all those helis are preforming about the same if not, some are actually out preforming the Mi-28nm right now.
In fact, the Mi-28nm is currently #5 in highest KDr over the lifetime of it.

You can, but what would be the point in testing it if it’s off?
What do yall think of American helicopters in warthunder are they worth?
Is there a possibility that the Mi-28NM isn’t the first CAS choice for Russian players at top tier? If that is the case it would make sense it doesn’t have as good as a KDR as other contemporary helicopters.
Because if you turn it off, not only would the person you’re testing with think that the SLM has a high chance of hitting the MI-28NM, but you’d be able to say the same thing in turn benefitting your argument
Especially if you aren’t screen sharing to prove that it isn’t off nor having a recording of the testing
