The 95Ya6M is quick, but it needs to lock on you first and if you are low enough hugging trees as far as my experience goes it simply cannot lock, if it can’t lock it cannot hit.
To be fair, it was a very flat map.

Yes, as far as I know the radar doesn’t fail to pick up the signature of ammunitions even from rival’s SPAAs. I do however fail to shoot down some if they launches 8 at a time, because I could shoot 8 missiles at each one within 5 seconds but some actually fails to detonate them and when swithing locked target it sometimes switch to my own teammates drones or jet then too late to switch back to enemy’s. AGM is way too easy to shoot down though they are like so slow lol
What lead to the nerfs to the seeker was looking at various primary sources, and proceeding to selectively implement features(skipping over illuminator’s HPBW) that would tamp down on issues with the seeker and transferring a track. and then coming in over the top with Gaming conventions to allow them to continue to ignore subsequent reports on the issue because the mechanic is not found elsewhere.
Also Sparrows have never really been strong due to the G limits being low enough to permit them to be dodged procedurally by maneuver(similar to the AIM-9M); by aggressively counter-rolling defeating them kinematically without needing to adjust the aircraft’s heading so an aggressor can continue to support an R-23, -24 or R-27 freely.
It doesn’t help either that the AIM-7F still doesn’t have a fully dynamic autopilot, but procedurally increases the Available maximum commanded G’s based on predicted remaining Time To Go and that this hard limit is specifically crafted hard limit allows for this to occur with the full 25G’s only available to the autopilot in last two seconds of flight.
Sure there was a time where there was no direct counterpart (the addtion of R-27Ex was a massive overreaction and effectively ruined top tier at the time, by ushering in the IR meta) but the guidance of the missile left significant weaknesses that were exploitable if you knew what to do.

The smaller missile have been deployed, but not on the tracked chasis.
Gaijin gives Russian helcopter 30mm APDS rounds they never use.
Which gives them a fantastic flat trajectory and great for sniping helis, jets or anything.
Using APDS on a helicopter is incredibly stupid, which is why no one does it.

CAS player crying that he cant kill 7 people each pass? good i hope it gets even harder, I hope other countries get their own SPAA thats the same power as the new pantsir so you can play top tier without having to worry about kh38 and LMUR or any other FnF munition from any country.
