You want to see the difference watch Russian CAS they fly high in the air despite SAMs, NATO CAS has to skulk at tree levels. Tells you all you need to know.
Russian CAS has time to pick and choose NATO CAS needs to get in fast and get out fast because all those soft Commie boys are spawning their Pantsir SV if you kill them or their free Pantsir!
While this is true, cleaning multi vehicle aa mess with kh31pd is much easier. Like pew pew they either die or undeploy radars so you can safely get 4 kills with kh38.
That’s just not true Russian CAS operates at higher altitudes because they are usually paired with Germany and do not have to worry about IRIS-T or Pantsirs. With the majority of other NATO systems being weaker. Then the free SAM options no one gets a SAM anywhere near as good as the Pantsir.
Well lets be honest when the IRIS-T is taken out of the equation which SAM is even close to the Pantsir SV?
Maybe the Skysabre but no one really plays Britain, NASAAMS ER is not and SAMP-T seems to not be doing great.
That’s just Pish, you make it sound like they are unusable, the fire power and armour are good the rate of fire has been buffed the armour was buffed and they are fast in straight line it is far easier to play a Russian tank well than some of the others CR2 , Arriete, Type 10 are all inferior your idea of a bad tank is the 3rd best tank in the game.
Please go and play the game, report back when 4 Su-30s have just ripped the arse out of your team and are flying around with impunity and then tell me that they need to fly low to hide from NATO SAMS.
They aren’t, maybe besides some T-72 variants. But they are frustrating to play when you realize that armor doesn’t save you often, and you are often cucked by depression, reload, reverse, or outright killed by it.
All T-72s/T-90s beyond 9.3 have bad firepower
T-80B has good firepower
T-80U has solid firepower
T-80BVM firepower is extremely mediocre, lacking a ton of pen (=consistency) compared to Leo if you take 42-2, and nothing special if you use 60 as you dont have the better reload.
Only the T-80s.
Have you tried all of them yourself? I assume you have the Challies. Its easier to play the mentioned 3 than a T-72 or T-90, but the T-80s can be easier, depending on situation and BR.
T-90M is the worst 12.7 in the game.
BVM is middle of the pack in my ranking, but its by no means bad. Just, meh-solid.
I have a T-90 in the British tree, Challies are terrible to play right now because a Chally needs time to setup and you do not get that. You have CQB maps where Challies die to the 30mm from a BMP-T, It still has a 4 round ready rack and then its 6+ second reload and now a turret basket so even if you do survive a single hit you cannot fight anymore. Something the T series does not have to worry about.
T-90M I haven’t played most Russian top tier guys are starting with the BVM and then the T-80UE with the 90M as the backup to that.
But Russias strength is the SAMs and CAS and while balancing this would weaken Russia the game currently is kill Russia in 4 mins or die to CAS.
Good to know. Now go play 10 matches in the 10.7 Chally and T-90 and tell me which one you perform better in.
I have to play them again, last time I did was an unplayable experience due to Fuji spam, awful teams. For now I retain that the 10.0, 10.3, and 10.7 ones are OP, great, and great in that order. TES/OES are garbage, 2F and Base are solid but due to the matchmaker I wouldn’t play 11.7 at all. 2E is solid, and the BN is rather bad except for its niche, having 4 free handouts.
I don’t deny that RU CAS and SPAA are very powerful, but MBTs is not something they do well at all.
In my experience I was seeing RU pair with Britain more than I had them, they seem to have changed Britain’s 12.7 matchmaker. US teams are doing pretty well right now, v3/Trophy brought back a good amount of FOTM players. But the US isnt completely curbstomping like they were in the first few weeks.
