Gaijin should focus more on the game and less on how realistic they can make the tanks and to be honest so should the player base. There is an obsession with realism in the models while there is a complete lack of it once you get onto the map to play.
I wonder if the game was ever meant to work on top tier or whether anybody ever gave it any thought. Whole game unravels around 5-6 BR. I think WT is really a WW2 game stretched beyond its capabilities.

There are so many things destroying the game, that I have already reached a point where I don’t see a solution, apart from the fact that the developers are not interested in changing anything, since it is always interesting to have a game made shit but still have Many people playing it and spending money, if it works, why try to fix the errors.
It’s cheaper to put in minimal effort until you are forced to do more.
The game is made to look good to draw in money, while less input on playability and content. Think about why maps are getting smaller, more clouds etc. I Think its due to limitations of computer power

I could of maybe dived under it was a bit tight, i was flying a stock attacker tail dragger, but i decided to try and go around and ended up on the side of the runway on my wing. I called the ju pilot nearly everything under the sun for not using air spawn.no hard feelings 😆
They do the same on enemy team.
Generally someone knows there on the weaker team or on the weaker side of the map and starts the ball rolling. There are a few broken maps
That’s something that I feel, also. It’s like there’s some internal fight between teams. One team is focused on implementing more and more realistic vehicle functions while the other team is focused on a simplified, arcade-style experience.
The map changes eliminate variety and strategic options and make things like laser rangefinders redundant because engagements are made closer and closer together.
I can’t even conceive of modern era tanks on the same maps I play at 5-6 BR . There would be zero point in the Challenger 1 or 2 existing in that scenario. Reason I don’t go above 7 and that is high for me.

Thiese one and done players that have other tanks in the same br and could spawn in, Should have a 2h gamelock. AND THE PREMIUS SOULD BE LOCKED TO THE BR IN NORMAL TREE… 6,7 CAN ONLY BUY 6,7 PREMOUMS etc… Then we would not see a lvl 6 in top with no knowhow to play there…
naa they should be forced to wait the repair time of their tanks. 8 hours 3 days etc
Give thiese one and done players 2d gamelock after they get back in hangar. No chance of change country, and that the tank are not repped under that gamelock.

As long as that’s allowed, I think we should just remove crew lock completely.

I’m not ashamed to say it, I spend a lot of money on this game. But lets actually get down to the core of your issue.
Wallet warriors will spend money on their nation to expedite their grind, or simply because they like the vehicle on offer that isn’t in the tech tree. Or, in my case, because its a mixture of the two.
I love my USSR lineup of preems, squad vehicles. (I have the T80U, as well as KA50 for another higher tiered BR bracket.) I would, in fact, be a USSR main if the aviation tree wasn’t so shit.
One death leavers, premium wallet warriors. Well friend, I dont one death leave and the reason is simple. I have more tanks at that BR that I have purchased that I can bring out.
Lets look at another popular nations premium selection.
Either a single tank at 10.7, or a single tank at 11.7 with the option of a squad vehicle at 11.7
Much the same for Great Britain. The solution? Call it cringe, but Gaijin needs to add more premiums.
More money for them, more tanks for us guys with disposable income to make competitive lineups with.
And yeah, while I may have spent a lot of money on this game. I’m not too bad at GRB or ARB. Premium players aren’t the problem.
Buying your way to top tier isn’t even the problem, because lets be real. What does low tier teach you. Top tier consists of aiming, pressing a key to insta rangefind, then click. Everything else is map knowledge and positioning.
Map knowledge being irrelevant because low tier and high tier don’t share the same maps most of the time.
