Me too, I’ve used them on the A-4B and Sea Vixen, I find they’re fine to use as point blank rockets but at that point might as well just bring bombs. I’ve only used the B so maybe the C version is easier idk

They can definitely hit at 8km. I don’t know what kind of sorcery it takes to actually see what you are shooting at but some absolute sicko aimed it near perfectly at me a few weeks ago

I didn’t have major issues when I last used nords (which are smaller) and I’m not a huge mid tier CAS player

Somehow gaijin did like 3 bad BR choices in this patch. And all of them are CAS options.

Its not like you HAVE an option to throw smokes as the *** flying at 5km height doesnt start glowing each time it throws a bomb.

Back at you. I’m not actually defending anything, I am in fact mocking USA and Israeli mains that have defended the A-4Es for 6 and 5 years respectively as being fine and are now hurling their toys out of the pram now the boot is on the other foot. Or rather the other foot got the same boot in this case.
It’s called schadenfreude. I will simply deal with the Yak-130 the same way I have dealt with the A-4s for half a decade+ and enjoy the wailing of people getting a taste of their own medicine.

Fair point on CAS imbalance. Hunter F.58 at 9.7 (Ground RB) has 2 fire-and-forget + flares. Yak-130 at 9.3 has 4 fire-and-forget with no flares. The BR disparity doesn’t match the capability difference. Both should be at 9.7 at least
Edit: you don’t need flares to dodge missiles at 9.3. Even a prop plane can

Yeah, you should just stare at the sky for the entire match in case a plane is at 6km dropping bombs on you.
