as i read it: they’re refering to the damage-modules’ new 3d models. So, the 3d models aren’t final, just a quick wip render to have something to show to us.
Probably just a case of doing the internal model for the F-15C GE and C&Ping it over to the other F-15s. Wouldnt be surprised if even the F-15As have that model at this exact moment in time

True, but why not just choose the GE to showcase the updated internal modules?
Why did they put them on an aircraft that they know doesn’t have those specific modules, idk, it’s fishy.

Yeah but the weird thing is the AN/APG-70 of the F-15E looks a lot like the AN/APG-63 of the F-15C/A, and surely they’re gonna model those at some point. So they don’t gain anything unless they’re adding a RMP/EX before they overhaul the C/A’s xray

They either did a mistake on the X ray or showed something they shouldn’t
or it was just WIP and the F-15E used the F-15C GE radar model and now the corrected M-Scan model has been finished and the model was updated, and so the image was updated.

There is no reason that the F-15E would be using the F-15C GE radar as a place holder
It wouldnt be the first time that htey just C&Ped the model from one thing over to another thing, even though it was wrong. Probably all of the F-15s, even the F-15As, probably had that radar model. They now probably have the correct M-Scan.
I feel people are reading into this way more than there actually is.

100% copy paste radar, apg82 is just the apg79 SPU with the apg63v3 antenna slightly improved , imagine if added to behave like an apg63v3(f15ge radar) with GMTI
Awesome, from a technical standpoint really cool to see so much effort going into the realistic modelling of the internals, that’s something almost no game does.
I have to say most of plane’s MFD and HUD in ASB is trash, I can’t get any useful data from any screen.
BTW, for those F16 with HMD and F15 with HMD, their HMD is totally unable to read any useful data after Leviathan. I’ve written 4 issues of this and none of them get replyed. WHAT IS OUR BUG MANAGER DOING?
