yup, that cements that fact even more
BleedingUranium
I try very hard to not use this phrase but… wow… Skill. Issue.
light165neptune
- boats can easily be dealt with (unless you’ve been caught by surprise) with your secondary armaments, sounds more like a MASSIVE skill issue
dudes you mention skill issues you are the ones bringing it up
i also note like everyone else that mentions skill they always forget how much of their own skill was forged at the point of a wallet
it is almost like they forget the hits and damage is modified with loaded dice
nuff said on that … if you want to blow something dont make it your own horn
to the subject
1/ standardizing … too many in this cat that needs pointing out so just say … ammo to br’s to ranks to rp’s repair times and costs almost everything has been so effed it needs going through every item one by one
2/ balance … also many sub subject headings
the lists are so depressingly long because of the way they have introduced stuff and having the lowest paid coders for naval has just made things so much worse than it had to be
even just basic stuff like checking what other things will be affected when they change a small detail is never done and almost always has consequences … very rarely good ones
even with all of its multitude of mistakes problems and pathetic coding it is the one mode i play the most the other being air and that is mostly to have useful planes to use in the naval mode
Realistically what they need to do is make the ticket drain slower. In most bluewater ships in my experience you can get to a cap once. If you die, and the enemy has 2-1 caps, you are almost never getting back to it to recap before the game ends, even if you beeline for it.
I wouldnt mind the games themselves taking a bit longer because of this, the nature of the mode is slower and more drawn out anyway.
I dont think any of the changes suggested by the OP will have any positive effects on the gameplay of the mode.
whenever i don’t use grammar those takes i make weren’t meant to be taken seriously (mostly informal or light-hearted responses)
haven’t bought a single premmie vehicle besides the aigle from the warbonds thingy (and two reserve premmie boats from the russianbadger and when i first joined)
honestly i fully agree with that; fixing naval should be given more attention than giving it new vehicles that will just become sad in the end
feel free to wake me up when i should gaf what you think … bet you get it wrong
and what are your crew levels
i truly love how this has turned from a simple debacle about fixin naval to straight up arguing about who is better at the gamemode, the beauty of the forums
as for my crew levels…? depends from ship to ship
you are the one that decided to become a grammar nasi
mine are all lvl 9 or below and that is only from topping out logistics repair time
as far as i remember i have never mentioned if i am good bad or indifferent as a player … that is why i feel free to object to people bringing up skill levels … some great ideas can come from really poor players and not all great players have great ideas
lmao what??? Since when did I become a pedant about spelling mistakes and punctuation? All I stated was whenever I don’t use correct grammar or spelling, I am making a sarcastic remark. Not once did I say “uuhhh you didnt include punctuation or you spelt this word wrong”.
The rest of your message, I can relate to that. Most of my crews are around that level after all ¯_(ツ)_/¯
how a grammar nasi would deny after being called out
so all basic level 9s with no experts or higher ?
and maybe 50k or more unused crew points each ?
your logic genuinely confuses me. i mentioned grammar just once yet you are here blatantly calling me a grammar nazi, for what? is there any evidence you have to support your claim?
sorta
anyway i won’t waste any more time arguing with you about minor spelling mistakes, for that is not what i do. until then!
I wont lie i lost track of what this post was even about*
visible tracer on stefano turr might help
no doubt there will be other effected vessels as well
the bomb sight marker in 3rd is a joke for one
brightness of tracer and bomb / gun sights should all be adjustable
maybe that requires too much thinking
or
maybe they think everyone has the same graphics card and display
You can’t get it because they got only standard ammunition belts that I also doubt that Italy couldn’t mount their boats with variable belts like the USA, UK or Germany. All you have is simple 50:50 useless “Universal” belt.
stefano turr
13.2mm universal AP-T , AP , T .
6.5mm universal BALL , T
so both types of belts have tracer … the firing arcs for the rear gunner is not correct in game … by a long shot … you can see some of his tracer on the rare occasions he is allowed to fire though
It got some tracers yes, can’t depend on them, it’s makes even more sense to watch the impact.
What is needed are single APIT
- Situations that you refering to most likely take place on old maps designed specifficly for coastal fleet, almost all 3 cap point maps are too small for anything bigger than destroyer.
- Same here, we need big bluewater maps with real objectives, not some arbitrary cap points that don’t give any tactickal advantage
- Yes and no, sea planes should be able to mark positions od enemy ships on map, the ability to capture was made only for bluewater mains whining that they can’t get to capture points fast enough
- Replace capture points with real objectives, block small maps (<12km) for ships with br above 5.7.
I definitely agree about the objectives.
Right now nobody goes for the open water capture points because it’s guaranteed to get your destroyer/cruiser/battleship killed. And so we see battleships sitting back and taking shots behind cover because that’s safer and more lucrative.
Current Naval map and game mode design gives players little incentive to do anything else.
