STAB and Leaser rangefinder are not important at this BR, because we do have T54/T55/type 59 and 69 at 8.0, and also the like OF40 and Leopard 1.T55 has STAB, and type 69 even has laser rangefinder and APFSDS at same BR. if without the extension for this BR now, the whole BR system mechanism doesn’t make sense.

Type 69 and similar has APFSDS rounds equivalent to APDS. Maybe even worse, but on stats, as I don’t own any of those can’t say much.
About T-55A is never should go up BR, Leopard I maybe 7.7 but the mobility says the opposite. T-54, except m47, the armor is also good for 8.0.
