All Fox-3s should be above 13.0 at least.
Some can be at 13.0 like the Viggen and Phantom because they suck.
Again, The ADTW is fine at 13.0, but the under tiered planes around it make it hard to play.
The answer isn’t “Move the ADTW to 12.7!!!” Instead, we need more decompression.

I don’t have the tech tree version, but even with the F-16 ADF, which is worse, you can clearly see the difference in quality. The same applies to the image you shared with me.
wdym by the ADF is worse than the F2? fox 3’s will beat fox 1’s any day
I know Fox 3 missiles are better than Fox 1. What I’m saying is that if you give almost any aircraft Fox 3, it automatically becomes at least moderately competitive.
The only way F-2A moves down is if another 15 13.0s move to 12.3.
F-2A is one of the best 13.0s in the game, if anything it and many other things need to be move up by 0.3 with the introduction of 15.0.

The vaguest response I’ve heard is: “The ADTW is one of the best 13.0s in the game.” It’s partly true, but also misleading. Yes, it is probably the best in a dogfight and it has strong AAM-3s, but what is the point of being the best at close range if your opponent has superior equipment at long range? Having an AESA radar is not enough reason to keep it at 13.0, especially when other 13.0 aircraft like the MiG-29 or the Su-27 have HMS and missiles with IOG + datalink that can reacquire targets after a notch. On top of that, other 13.0 aircraft such as the JA37DI or the Tornado F.3 Late already carry Fox 3 (active radar missiles).

Everyone knows F-2A is superior to Mig-29.
I would like to know what you are basing that on, because in terms of dogfight I see them as very evenly matched; if anything, the F-2A slightly better. But in terms of armament they are almost the same, except that the AAM-3 are a bit better than the R-77, and it has two fewer Fox-1 missiles, although they are much better than the AIM-7M, in addition to having an HMS. I don’t see where you think it is better.

This, much like almost every other BR reduction thread is a product of compression. There are extremely different capabilities just one BR-step above and below. This is not unique to the F-2A, almost all planes above ~9.0 suffers greatly from uptiers.
Because of that, let’s focus on the capabilities of the plane compared to other similar 12.7 and 13.0 to see where it stands.
MiG-29G 13.0: 4 Equivalent IRCCM missiles, 2 better radar missiles. Worse flight performance, worse radar, but HMD. I’d say roughly as competitive.
JAS39A 13.0: 6 Equivalent IRCCM missiles. (Capability to take 4 MUCH worse radar missiles), similar flight model, much more countermeasures, worse radar, but HMD. I’d say much less competitive due to lack of viable radar missile options.
MiG-29 12.7: 4 Much much worse IR missiles, 2 better radar missiles. Worse flight performance, worse radar, but HMD. Much less competitive.
F-16AJ 12.7: 4 Much worse IR missiles, 2 equivalent radar missiles. Similar flight performance, worse radar. Much less competitive.
F-16A OCU 12.7: 6 Equivalent IR missiles, no radar missiles. Similar flight performance, worse radar. Much less competitive.
The F-15A, which everyone asked not to be moved down for being too OP is in fact worse than the F-2A. With same missile load, but much worse flight performance and radar.
I understand that you want to have fun in your premium plane, but that should not come at the cost of literally everyone else. You should be asking for decompression, not more compression. Premium planes should also not be objectively much better than tech tree ones.

So the premium Su-30s should be moved up in BR, since they are below the BR they should have and they carry the same armament and radar as the Su-27SM, with the latter having a BR of 13.7. Basically, it’s a Su-27SM at BR 13.3.
