the only you’re right about is R2Y2, which is still far than a menace at 8.0 with no airspawn today.
i have currently no problem with Yak-141.
i have about MiG 1.44 as it never was armed, never been serviced with AL-41F (but D-30-F-6 instead), and program being cancelled kinda early because of the design being Massive and too big for russian military.
“design being Massive and too big for russian military.”
this has nothing to do with game, especially in a game where bombers can choose to start on same field as fighters at same time.
and if we go into 5th gen aircraft this will have to come due to options being little to none
how speaking truthfully about it makes me a hater? bro you’re escalating this quickly,…
it have no real Stealth (as Rafale a 4++ gen), it does have non angled flat areas, and let’s not even talk about the “silencer” in the engines,…
and let’s not talk about the current software/radar part,… the MiG 1.44 wasn’t even ready on that part
on being a 5th gen - it only have Super maneuvrability, potential Supercruise (surely limited if D-30-F-6M engines are used as in prototype), and internal bay (even if i don’t understand how an internal bay alone can make the aircraft a 5th gen, as so many people here thinks it is)
still lacks:
stealth as said before
Multirole never was demonstrated, as we do not have the full avionic suite.
I just think there is a huge difference from paper vehicles
Mockup vehicles
Vehicles which were completet and tested just missed a few things
And actuall whish list tanks which not even have a napkin drawing which is the tiger 2 105
I also think there should be different Standards for ground and air
Paper tanks which have proper documents should be fine for Ground but absolutely not for air given its hard to guess performance in air battles
We don’t need more UFOs like the xp50 or the Japanese Paper Planes
Has unrealistic the Tiger 105 is balance wise it still works
Basically a German is2
without prototypes smaller nations are pretty much empty
because they have a lot of bright or not so bright ideas but not the resources to make production models
has i said there is a very important reason
flight models are hard even with production vehicles see the f16 vs mig29/su27 issue
for ground vehicles all we really need is weight horsepower and transmission to get a good view of the performance even more so if the prototype in question is based on a production model or is similar to a production model
and gun performance is also calculated so we just need to know the shell and the muzzle velocity and we know the performance. made even easier because a lot of prototypes still use standard cannons like the 120mm l44 for the leopard 1
Or pretty much all cold war vehicles using L7 105mm based guns
Also Gripen which also is constantly changing
Same with the Early Doritos
The first one can’t even do the cobra anymore despite being the first to be able too
I think one of the best examples of a prototype jet being added is the Mirage 4000, it only has what it carried in demo’s even though it could’ve theoretically carried the MICA.
The Tiger 105 would have required major re-arrangement of the turret and firewall to accommodate the larger engine, so no, it is not a standard tiger II production turret.
