afaik they were 9.61/67 for the two units tested by india. but who knows at this point mig has contradicted them self multiple times

Squadron vehicles are for players who want to play squadron battles but dont have the right br vehicles. other people join squadrons that dont play squadron battles and they just join to get vehicles, but the purpose of the squadron vehicles are for squadron battles and players who dont have higher tiers unlocked yet. That is my assumption on the matter.
