A pantsir would never do that. not to forget its only radar guides whiles the 625 is both ir and Data link.

Unfortunately with utmost consideration I have to state that English language is the least of your problems.
LDIRCM in general just needs a massive nerf in WT. It’s too reliable, not capped in terms of how many missiles it can deal with, and deals with missiles it shouldn’t be dealing with easily.

Mi-28NM’s problem that half of the nations in the game got overperforming LDIRCM paired with 8-16 great FnF missiles.

Pantsir should be 12.3.
Type 625 could possibly go to 12.3 too.
There’s no way the ITO should be the same BR as the Pantsir.
USSR now got the TOR so that should be their free SPAA, and so should it be for China considering the rest of the nations (besides Sweden) are getting ~11.3 / 11.7 SPAAs.

There’s no reason to put it up to 12.3.

It’s not just that.
- Pantsir can shoot its missiles on the move at any speed, whereas ITO90 can only shoot on the move below 5km/h.
- Pantsir has guns that can definitely intercept incoming munitions (as long as you are aware and have good aim).
- These guns can also be used against rocket-running / gun-strafing aircraft, whereas the ITO would be completely defenseless from the attack.
- The missile count is quite a lot better, 8 being just enough to counter most volleys, 12 being very comfortable.
- Pantsir can shoot up to 4 missiles at a time via DL, which the ITO 90 cannot at all. This means that you can only shoot down one munition at a time instead of 3 + enemy aircraft.
- Pantsir has much better radar, fully utilizing TWS ESA.
- Pantsirs’ missiles are better, being more maneuverable at close range, faster (1,300m/s instead of 1,250m/s), and better range (20km instead of just 12km).
- Pantsir has 5.8x–28.0x zoom, which is much more usable in both close range and far range engagements than the ITO’s 6.0x–12.0x, albeit the ITO gets Gen 3 thermals whereas the Pantsir gets Gen 2.
