Your “proof” is from 5 months ago. It is not the direct words from the developers; there are a ton of things Smin has said in the past that contradicted what the developers said several months later.
So, is there any more “proof” you would like to show me?

The majority of the parts were produced by the United States, as the Skin used a modified Grizzly->A US-licensed M4 Sherman design, and if you aren’t aware, the Engine, Transmission, and some smaller parts were locally produced in the US, then shipped to Canada.
While both trees got it out of sheer necessity.

They also have many times that Super Sonic jets wouldn’t be a thing, and premium MBTs wouldn’t be a thing. 4 and 6th Gen wouldn’t either.
Neither would we see Paper vehicles, oh, wait, we see scrapped soviet battleships that were never completed in-game.

A lot of the times the US is what suits a vehicle the most but they don’t add it there even though it’s the most logical placement. Which is why people do not like it
You do realize many of us are Commonwealth players, right? Not British. We’re Australians, Canadians, New Zealanders, etc.
You chose to play the British tech tree. So you shouldn’t complain about not having American vehicles. Nation folders would solve this anyways

The Sherman’s are more justified since nearly everyone actually did use them. Britain itself actually used them, the Russians used them, the French, the Italians, etc.
