The Leclerc is in dire need of a buff

Oh I’m not critiquing alvis lol, I mean the Greatpaywall wtf is he on about xD
Alvis is right, the Abrams are eating very good this patch and potentially will be contenders for the best MBTs in the game.

Turret armour buff, as well as the round, and potential fix to the turret ring.

I’ll eventually get the Abrams I guess it’s kind of inevitable I have 2 vehicles left before my uk tree is completely unlocked, the Abrams will make up the spare but I feel if I do run it I’ll pop it in an Aussie only lineup

  • 1 you’re not really making yourself look anybetter.
  • 2 Alvis isn’t really always at it, same as all of us.
  • 3 you sound like a right happy person. none of this is related to how buggered the Leclrc is.

Trust me, If’ you’ve not got an abrams, they’re night and day compraed to CR2

I have Abrams, I’m not interested in Abrams in other trees I don’t feel the need for Abrams in my line ups for uk, I probably won’t use Abrams

Good for you , i will

What’s the state of bug reports? I’m kinda newbie, never reported anything, not sure where to look.

Abrams bug report made me think about Leclercs and reasons why they aren’t buffed in any way. Basically what’s the Gajin response?

Gaijin refuses pretty much every evidence shown to them, because they :

  • don’t agree
  • don’t think there’s enough info (there’s still more info than whatever they used to model the Leclerc but, oh well)

Has anyone made any attempts at having the trunion model looked at? i found some pictures and drawings of the gun assembly and the trunion that is modeled seems to be a little lacking in detail. Especially when those details could improve survivability like they do on t72s and t80s.

You can always just submit it anyways, it could help a case if somebody did or bring attention to it again. But knowing gajin they probaly wont look at it

When you say submit it, do you mean here or on the bug reporting forum? I’ve had bad experiences with them before so i’m reluctant to make the effort :(

XLR better get a camo net like the the new SEPV2-3 and a cage like the jaguar.
XLR-Cope-NET

CAPINT

I love KNDS because even though most of the projects won’t be funded or have a use in the future you just get to see many tank concepts in a physical form which is pretty rare and interesting.

you are aware that the CAPINT is funded trough the MGCS project right?
And that its whole purpose is research for the mgcs project

Did I stutter?

you are completly wrong yes, cause that they do in fact get funded and do have a use in the future trough the realisation of the mgcs and the testing of technology for it.

You’re kind of playing on semantics.

I didn’t say CAPINT was literally unfunded or useless. If it is part of MGCS research, then yes, it obviously has some funding and a purpose as a technology demonstrator.

My point was that many KNDS concepts probably won’t be funded and adopted as production vehicles in the exact form we see them. Being funded as a research platform or demonstrator is not the same thing as being funded as a vehicle with a clear service future.

By your definition, any amount of money spent on research would count as “funding,” but that is not obviously not what I meant since the vehicle exist physically and had to a minimum some funding to it. I was talking about full development and adoption, not just research money.

That’s why I like KNDS: even if many of these concepts are only testbeds or stepping stones toward MGCS, they still show them in physical form instead of just CGI, which is rare and interesting.
