They could’ve gone with Swedish propose by simply making with additional armor and spall liners.

Yes, they have decent tanks (2a7v is the only one good, others are mid tbh) and just good, not great, simply good plane…

I really don’t undestand people who give such argunents… We have Russia, everything russian is one of the best if not the best (maybe except the tanks). Their SPAA is the best, CAS is just overpored, BMPT (enough said), their Helis… And someone saying that France can’t have good ground coz it has the best plane…
So everyone has big problems at top tier… except one specific nation…
Ik russian tanks are mid, as I stated before, i’d choose Leclercs over T-90 ot T-80 at any point of time, but the russian line up is broken in terms of balance… I don’t want Gaijing to nerf russian line up (maybe BMPT but I guess im not alone :/ ) but it would be much better if Gaijing provided some stuff to NATO nations that can be on par with russian in game (at the moment) and fixed old problems with NATO’s vehicles (Leclercs’ armor, Arietrs, Chelly’s and others) and we know that won’t happen in near future unfortunately…
As conclusion, the problems we have are not only with France but with WHOLE TOP TIER. I actually love top tier in war thunder. It’s something that I would always like to play… Or I thought i would… Now, I don’t see any point of playing top tier… It’s no longer that top tier i love, it is something different, and it is worse than was before…
I have chosen to play another tiers (and even set a goal to farm ~500-600 mil SL to get AMX 50 Surblinde from winter crates) and it is something much much better to simply avoid top tier for this period (I would say it’s more like a “TOP TIER CRISIS” for me)

Top tier is indeed quite a nightmare currently, but on the bright side, i’m kind of rediscovering the 7.7 line up.
As for the turret basket, i find the nerf quite ineffective tbh, a shot disabling it would kill you before anyway (i’m looking at you, upper plate)

so i think it really is time leclercs get a better dart, i am not saying the f2 because the amount of things i have read about it being identical to f1 whatever i dont fucking know they just need something better. All i know is the bullshittery i have went through playing leclercs for the past month in top tier, being not penning bvm lower plates to bmpts surviving shots from directly to its side right into the fucking ammo.

Well, I still have 1 unused slot in my top tier lineup, so…
I’d like to have 2 jets instead of 1 in the lineup, but the aircraft grind… without a premium… takes literally 2 years…
Kinda sad I’m a french main without a Rafale and Mirage though :c

I’m experiencing an issue where, when I try to select a target in the middle of the list, the system immediately switches the selection to the first target instead. Visually, my chosen target appears selected for a brief moment (around 0.10 seconds), but it is then instantly deselected and replaced by the first target, preventing me from selecting the one I want.

Yes, and i suspect it’s not limited to SAMP/T. Strangely enough, moving one of the launchers seems to somewhat fix it at times. Did a bug report in the SAMP/T thread

I’m having same problems with NASAM3. HQ11, IRIS-T, Sky Sabre and BUK M3.
At least Pantsir SV-SM solved my problem whenever I play Russia.

Its still an issue on most tanks but most noticeable one is Leclerc according to my experience.
Ever since Gaijin modelled FCS situation became a mess, they think shooting optics can cause disabling entire FCS somehow.
Such a lazy way to implement a feature.

I think I stopped seeing the Leclercs in battles after the recent nerf. Could this be a thing?
I stopped playing Leclercs myself, sadly I got them right before the nerf so didn’t spade them. I’m not even trying, that enormous FCS with battlefields full of 30mm autocannons (BMPT) is a guaranteed failure and frustration.

Idk if this is really a thing (i completely stopped playing top tier after Leclercs nerf and all the bmpt spam with unbalanced teams and devs incompitance) but it looks like it is possible.
Everyone who played Leclercs before (me too) just stopped playing them and started playing other top tier tanks that aren’t masacred by devs and atleast can’t be partly disabled with 50cal (Leclercs FCS) or, French players just stopped playing top tier completely.
There are only two possible ways for me and possibly other Leclerc players to start play them again.
1-Gaijin finally balances everything and gives everyone else (russian tree too) all the modules and nerfs everything to make everyone in same conditions (very unrealistic imo and still won’t fix Lexlercs problem with huge FCS that can be machinegunned)
2-Leclercs statistic will go down and will become bad and devs with all their incompitance will be forced to fix Leclercs and maybe even buff them (also is very naive to believe in this scenario, but this one is more realustic i think)

It’s just part of it.
The other parts are probably that the Leclercs can be frontaly penned by the BMPT and with all the new and free SPAA the Rafale became a lot less powerful with it’s slow hammers.

The BMPT and the current Leclerc are a terrible match—it’s ridiculous that he dies just from taking an APDS beam head-on for 1.5 seconds. Does the dev team even have any intention of fixing all the issues with the BMPT and the Leclerc?
