No one’s surprised. Vextra was a pretty good indicator they don’t give a shit about line ups when it comes to adding stuff to France.

Finally, all Leclerc are Rank 8, no more stock heat for them.
The Vextra 105 and the AMX-40 got pushed to Rank 7, maybe the Vextra can get his real APFSDS and the AMX-40 get his composite armor to go to 10.7 with Leo 2A4.

For the VEXTRA, it mostly means that it gets thermals on it’s scout drone.
Wich is very nice.
Still, it’s funny that their only solution to fix the massive 9.7→12.0 gap was to give us the most boring MBT to ever exist. Not to mention that said gap still exists since the leopard will have no backup, and what’s even the point of grinding the French TT to ODL in the 2A4 at 10.7. Something you can do just as well in the german tree…

If I remember correctly, the reasoning for not adding Leclerc protoypes as premium was “the lack of the linup on br they would have to be at” (or something like that). xd

I mean US and USSR really do ‘need CAS’ RN, as if it isn’t a fact that every nation needs CAS more than them, and as if their tech tree isn’t large enough.
By the way, which 3 tanks France got cause dev keep crashing for me.

As a Frenchman, I cannot hide from you a certain disgust at seeing Leopards in the French tree… Tree which was until then, unique in War Thunder… The Netherlands have nothing to do in the French tree, we share absolutely nothing with this nation…

Well, we got some new camos and rediculously far hanging smoke grenades.
Oh and 3 non-original MBTs that you can play in 3 other TTs if you disliked the French TT for being French.
