I guess it’s cool that we’ll get new tanks in the tree (even when supposedly its mostly leos and shermans), yet it’s odd that in-service domestic designs like the ERC 90 and EBRC Jaguar might get added after them. I wonder if we’ll get Leos 2A8 through Netherlands if/when they’re added xd

I wish they removed DM53 from the Arietes, fixed their armor (wouldn’t make much of a difference anyway), and placed them at 11.0, where they belong (after the 12.0 update).
Balance should be done through historical fixes and BRs, not by giving unhistorical shells.

Ever since, rate of fire and gun handling were fixed, but mobility and armor issues are still there… we still got a long way ahead of us!

What is statistically the worst performing MBT in game currently?
WHat does that mean though, the worse win rate, US. K/D wise IDK but maybe US as well.
Once again, remove the top round of the S1 and S2 and suddenly their performance decreases. This isn’t difficult to do, nor is it something that shouldn’t be done. It would not only help to fill the massive gap from 10.0 to 11.3, but would also better differentiate the Leclercs, as currently the S1 and S2 are effectively almost identical to the SXXI.
I mean if you just give it a sort of 3BM42 equivalent it will be balanced with with Type90s quite well, 0.3 BR up (11.3-11.7 post BR change) and gets slightly better armour.
The tier 1 shell is good enough for 11.0.
No as in post update, they will all move 0.3 BR up anyway, so Leclerc could go 11.7 with all others, like Clickbait and T80U premium which are kinda equivalent, mobility wise abrams and Leclerc are on par, T80 is significantly worse but trades that for better thermals, rounds and protection. Leclerc has best mobility but worse round. Abrams has worse thermals.
The Leclerc without its top round would be worse than the Type 90 at 11.3. Therefore, it should be at 11.0.
How? Similar mobility, Leclerc slightly worse, same thermals, similar round, slightly slower reload but Leclerc has massively superior armour.
Worse reload and firepower.
But the turret armour at least can’t be penned as easily. Should be very similar, although many would argue type 90 and Khalid is under tiered.
Much better gun handling, better optics (zoom, fov, thermal gen). Armor isnt “massively superior” tho
Thats the point statistics are not black or white. We know the M1A2 “Clickbait” and the M1A2 AIM are not bad vehicles…But statistically they are underperforming.
While we continue to balance vehicles based on player quality we will always have this problem.
I mean I said that French players should just quit for a month, and then when Gaijing realised they are dropping massively in WR, they might decide to do something about it, French players are too good, since the Leclerc really suck ATM.
France like Britain have a fraction of the players that Germany, Russia, USA and Sweden currently have.
A small drop in British and French players would barely dent the overall player count. The statistics would still show the Leclerc as a great tank (no players using it would equal a 0 change in its statistics)
We see this with the Char 25t at 8.0…Only good players use it, so the statistics do not change.

Maybe ask for a premium, that might help, increases players and adds noobs to play, win rate might get a bit miserable, but yeah.
That is likely one of the solutions. a Premium (UAE) Leclerc may even lead to the much needed armour and fire power changes to the tech tree variants. Regretably the premium OES CR2 did not lead to the multitude of corrections required for the tech tree CR2
