well thats what we got the DM63 round for, But gajin doesnt realy care since they arent seperatly modeleled in a rack. Rounds dont have individual explosive numbers added into them if i remember right

For me the J-16, EMBT and greek TOR are the stars of this update so far (2A6HEL is also nice, but thst would mean I have to play top tier Israel).
Anything else is just a nice bonus.

i would give the osa the benefit of the doubt as well.
It has a small but precious line up it helps with the sabra, Hunter afv, merkava mk2d
or just leave out the hunter ifv, for better usage of the mk2d

The OSA will likely be a good addition in the future, when Gaijin adds more to Israel in the 10.3-11.0 range.

Yup I understand your point. From the EMBT series only the ADT would bring higher caliber to Germany. And this one might not be acceptable to gaijin (depending on their mood of the day), as for example only a gunner sight was ever added for testing, so I was more thinking about the other different 130mm prototypes. There’s also that one (Swiss?) leopard 140mm proto from the 90s I believe ?
France thankfully got a lot of stuff around this, from the Leclerc Terminateur (late 90s), the late 2010s terminateurr, the CAPINT, and potentially a Leclerc EVO with the 140mm.
Fun fact with the terminator is that it would bring better Langley armor since the Leclerc huge Langley was always done with the 140mm in mind
yes, but there is the issues of them being from the 90s, they do not compare to the newer ones

I would see them coming at the current top tier BR without much issues. Maybe those could come as event while the newer prototypes would themselves come as gaijin runs out of ideas for top tier

Ah its not really a big improvement over the leclercs anyhow. The hull isnt the main problem…what are you going to do with the subpar leclerc turret that shoots subpar rounds? on open maps? That hull will be better armored than the turret -.-
It’s straight up worse than the Leclerc, you take a substantial mobility hit for a working UFP that’s negated by the turret raiser, and turret for that matter.
It’s somewhat positive in the german TT by giving them a tank with 5s reload that can hold 20+ rounds in ready rack, but that’s still stretching the concept of positivity.
And it can shoot behind itself I guess…
Maybe corporate proofs of concept aren’t the best possible addition for WT…
Let’s just hope that when we get a round of 140s Gaijin won’t just slap us with another one with the ASCALON instead of the T4…

But in this case it’s a funky addition, though it does provide some new variety to top tier Germany (even if it’s pretty redundant for France)
Well we can only pray you finally get a tank thats at least half french and not entirely german for the FRENCH techtree that shoots a round that doesnt get eaten in 20-30% of shots in oblique angles by russian era…
Nothing like shooting a weakspot or at the side of a hull where youre certain that something substantial happens because you played multiple other techtrees in toptier before where all of these shots would have outright slammed the other tank, only for exactly nothing to happen.
Sure makes sense that in a tank that should excell in cqc combat, which is basically the only thing it might have somewhat of an edge over 70% of other top mbts, but u have 0 armor so you cant really reverse sidescrape, and your frontal armor is so bad that if you slightly misjudge the situation you outright get penned and your turret ring is gone. Also no ess, no 50 cals and on most of them no commander thermals…
While all you have to do is hit the most perfect shot ever, to maybe, critically damage the enemy tank. So surprising how suddenly all the leclercs are in the bottom 1/3rd of all 12.7 mbts in K/D and K/S.
It’s actually mindboggling to me how a m1a2 can be at 12.0 but any leclerc, even the early ones (which at least are quicker than the AZUR, which buys getting a commander thermal with being like 3 tons heavier xD) are 12.7
Sure, they need to balance by statstics, what other way could there be :-D but now all the Leclercs are end of the line so…your move gaijin i guess???

The AZUR doesn’t have commander thermals, it’s not a SXXI underneath the kit.
However, it does get a LWS which is worth it to me.
Gotta consider that the population shifts also means that now you can face horrors like the US/SWE/GER doomstack as a lone Leclerc in an entire Soviet team. Feels like SB in the AMX-40’s heydays, just without the teamkills.

oh damn true thats the SXXI with the citv thermals. well then the azur is basically 3.5 tons heavier for a lws and a 50 cal on top…which…is nice but not for the drawback of being 3.5 tons heavier
