Most people I’ve seen use it aren’t Japan mains and often turn fight in it. You don’t do that with a J2M. Army Ki-109 → bomber hunter, but can do tank roles, though not designed for.
Ki-44 subjective: 7.7s and 12.7s can be iffy. Just hard to hit cause small and skinny. Ki-44-II 4 12.7s aiming takes patience. Too many piglets like spray and pray but cannot lead their shot. They will learn or quit in due time. Albeit Japanese machine guns are well iffy due to the nerfs and other side effects. Which I don’t agree with…
Ah yes cause apparently not being level 100=not good at the game. I guess playing this game for nearly a decade doesn’t mean anything. Especially if you spent that near decade strictly on Japan. Enjoy your time. Which is what I did lol.
Oh, and keep your opinion to the Soviets. That’s all you play.
who cares, I wasn’t even level 100 when I got 4kd on the J5N1 in 100 matches. Playing Japan implies much more skill than most nations in the game. I’ve managed to literally energy fight in zeroes because of people not wanting to climb at all anymore, this will only push japanese props further up in BR. The Ki83 became 6.0 because it would KD like crazy killing bombers from 3km away. Now allow me to specify, the ki83’s climb rate is negligible when the rest of 6.0’s literally climb almost as good as it to the point that when all the team has airspawn at the same altitude they end up right half a km below you on gun range. Imagine this is an enemy team. Sure the ki83 can outrate a f8f but why does that even matter, the f8f has so many more options like running away or forcing a downward spiral or simply tanking 30mm’s because ho-155’s are absolute dogass guns.
You don’t even play the Ki83, and can’t push over 1kd on these “op japanese planes” you talk about. You’re literally likely part of the problem, same as those who scream “this plane is OP” then go play it and do negative in it or overall much worse than other planes of the same BR.
Level never meant anything.
I’ve seen Level 100s who perform like they were Level 1.
Apparently it’s cause they collected a bunch of stuff. Infact when i fought against a couple DB-LK’s.
They simply give up and be shot down.
this is literally just other players being abhorrent. I’ve never had issues against zeroes after learning how to deal with them. This very same argument has been forged by the F-5 series aircraft completey disregarding the overall low skill ceiling of the playerbase. A plane that goes 400 level flight, doesn’t hold energy and is only good at turning is not a good plane when the average contender climbs twice as good, is 300kmh faster, can actually hold energy and/or dive past 670kmh of airspeed.
so what?
i have some pretty amazing kds in some planes too
(btw kps matters more)
and im not even lvl100 yet
KB doesn’t matter at all, some planes might be just frag mobiles without being necessarily good like the so8000 and the ta152C3. Also, you don’t even have high KB to begin with. Second of all, you don’t even play the 5.0+ zeros.
@SinisterIsRandom seems like they’re on the need to tone themselves a lil down when it comes to boasting. Common among close-to-100 levels.
In one of his many “F-5 is bad” cope posts he used recordings of him missing very easy shots by a large margin. His aim is “controller player with heavy stick drift” bad
once again, since when is having “hit” feedback and huge tracer ricochets “missing” the target? You miss if there’s no feedback at all. Even if you think i’m bad, i am still better than you and you should feel ashamed for doing what you do to me while being so bad and straight up not even playing neither the vehicles i play nor the BR’s i play.
Critted these two yaks twice each, in a 2v1. Both are going to repair. Both shot at with ho-155, both with just paint scratches. Ho-155’s are some of the worst guns in the entire game whether you like it or not, you don’t play the ki83, you don’t play anything with ho-155s, please keep yourself out of topics you have no experience with.
Ki-83 is completely fine where it is. I dont think 4.7 players would appreciate trying to tackle a fighter thats already flying at 8km altitude just 4 minutes into the battle.
Oh they’re probably used to it, I-225 can get around that altitude in just about one more minute and you can encounter the thing as soon as you’re 4.0.
I would tend to agree (though if I could choose just one I’d rather the yak3U be moved, I usually find it easier to deal with an I-225 in an uptier than with a yak3U at equal br). But like that’s ever gonna happen.
