But 18x FnF brimstone, even with agm65 placeholder seekers would be OP in GRB
So some form of quantity mitigation is required.
But until then, we should have brimstone 2s limited to sal until we can get MMW

so, i say Brimstone should get it real quantity loadout and it FnF ability

Perhaps, though I do consider the situations a tad different. If nothing else, the fact they get a fake seeker for the KH-38 but were so vehement against a placeholder seeker for the Brimstone is rather annoying.
But quantity mitigation will always be needed in GRB

Hm maybe maximum of 12 considering as Russian can spawn SU-30/34 as different class with no SP penalties so 12 KH-38MT but Tornado GR4 well i say it should have all FnF
