the “time is due like other fake things” argument is a very poor one. HO RI is still in game when the type 99 and type 75 is in game. SPGs are used as TDs in war thunder so its replacement has been here for a long time
we also see completely falsified shell loadouts such as the APDS on XM800T and very antiquated HE shells on SPGs which these guns wouldn’t have ever shot due to the age difference.
can also be used to abuse no actual replacements exist in the case of the 38MT because russia hasn’t got the capability to adopt such an expensive and high tech system keeping russian CAS reigning supreme as the very real counterpart missiles to this mycical beast are not getting added or have all functionality taken away

Thing is the kh38th is new and is ruining the game And we don’t even know if it’s exist nor it’s stats regarding seeker
While the ho-ri comes from a time were fakes were considered rater normal tiger 2 105 soon to be removed japanese Planes and some others

currently it has the same seeker stats as the PARS iirc
Those threads never really got much traction and seem dead at this point. Seems like the community doesn’t care that much. Also, have you seen the recent thread about getting R2Y2s back into the game for reasons ? That thing actually received positive feedback from people.

You have fakes added as recent as 2023 in the form of F-16AJ.
Because it’s not really a set number, it depends on target size to some extent.
I identify as a Kh-38MT so it’s definitely real.
