Would be nice for both. I don’t really care about the generation of the thermal sight of the targeting pod, it has no real impact on gameplay, but things looking better is good I suppose.
Can you get any more dramatic? The post is two weeks old, the weapon has been in game for more than a year. It always takes time to get official feedback, if there is any at all. Did you cry about “american bias” when the US was dominating top tier CAS even worse?
AGM-84 SLAM, wouldnt necessarily have all that much more range than AASM or KH-38 do at the moment, especially with the hard range limits on seekrs/TPod.
Yeah, but still largely limited to about 15-20km being generous. With KH-38 and AASM being theoretically of use out to 30km at the moment, something like AGM-84 is a reasonable option to match it for the US.
Dont be silly. of course not. Just Soviet mains trying to justfiy why they need(ed) a paper weapon and why it not even the best AGM in the game. Apparently SAL only Brimstone 1 is a better missile to the KH-38MT
Given a hard limit of about 30km on AGMs at the moment (at least without just GPS guided CCRP Yeeting) It only adds about 7-10km more range over the AGM-65. So relatively speaking, it is “a little more”.
They just increased the range from 20km to 30km last major update (alongside the soviets getting their first Tpod equipped multirole… convenient…)
But we’ve had longer ranged weapons like PGM for over a year now. Should be effective out to about 50-60km but barely usable past about 25 at the moment
