Given Russia’s push for import substitution and the T220s development by a state-owned corporation, it’s likely designed to maximize Russian made components. So I wouldn’t say Russia isn’t capable of making them because they definitely are, of the second and third generation as well.

Stop going into politics.
Whether russia can or cannot make thermals isn’t in doubt. The quality of those thermals is very much in doubt but its irrelevant about whether the kh-38MT exists or not

You’re telling people to do the impossible.
Funnily enough, Kh-38MT expendable missile, has better thermals than China’s most recent targeting pod (which are usually a lot more capable than missile seekers).
And it’s no secret that China is ahead of Russia when it comes to electronics and imaging sensors etc.

I’ve seen many on both sides with nonsense like that getting banned.
Now on the topic of the Kh38MT, I genuinely believe it should be removed until proven real, and if it cant be removed due to a fuss, limit it to two per plane and allow KH29Ts on as well.

It shouldnt be in the game even if it was 100% real, not even in a more limited capacity like 2, it ruined any balance spaa had with CAS that exists between 8.0 and 11.7.
And again this comes from somone with all 3 kh38 slingers.
Game needs longer range SPAA and farther airspawns at minumum, before these 15km fnf missiles will be remotely balanced.
