SU30SM is right there, that would be top tier stop trying to justify a fake weapon being in the game that has no place, you can try and claim they need it all you want your not convincing anyone

Because year of introduction isn’t an important thing in this game, which is why you see pretty modern designs all the way down at or close to WW2 tiers.

Taking such an aggressive stance is not healthy for the game. Certain things had to be added at certain times for nations to remain competitive. Once something better comes along they’re sometimes removed (Such as the Tiger II 105, Coelian, etc). Adding a weapon that is outright better than what you had not for competition but just because you could isn’t acceptable. I don’t have a problem with the F-16AJ being removed for being fake, as it served its purpose. Something being done for balance and something being done for the hell of it are two completely different things.

Something being balanced and/or competitive is a pretty subjective thing, which is why you see all the different threads where people discuss and argue about BR placements and such.
To some, one vehicle at a given BR might be busted and to others it might be crap, it all depends on things they value more as an individual, hence the subjective nature of that.
Something being fictional isn’t subjective, thus is a nice way to sort this out.

38MT is broken, unrealistic(putting a 25x and gen 3 thermal on a disposable IR+IOG rocket) when the RU army cant even give their plane a thermal targeting pod is questionable dont you think?

With all due respect they absolutely do owe us an answer.
Top tier has always been a mess, and Gaijin made it far worse by adding a blatantly overpowered missile that doesn’t even exist in real life.
They screwed the pooch. They owe the playerbase a proper answer and to fix this blatant disrespect not just to the game, but the community at large.
