All the “fakes” in the game exist to fill gaps in tech trees where nothing could be added, so exceptions and compromised are made.
Also fake paper vehicles are removed once a tree has matured and other vehicles can take their place. Germany and Japan recently had vehicles removed.
This missile is not filling any niche Russia was desperately needing, so no, it needs to go until further sources are found about its seeker and real capabilities.

I already said why AJ thread is a waste of time, but since you’re oathbound to fight fictional things in this game, I believe it would be the best if you raise a concern about it.

He also conveniently ignores the nuance behind paper vehicles so he can construct his argument of “fake thing exists somewhere in the game so fake weapon good”.
