Because not all vehicles have the same requirements for their A2G ordnance to make them viable ?
That’s like saying why doesn’t tank A get darts (and is stuck with something else for example) if tank B gets it at the same BR.
Gaijin appends BR on vehicles as a whole, their weapons are just the part of the equation.

Su-25SM3 never needed MTs to be viable, it was already good enough in its primary strike aircraft role with just MLs, as we can see by dozens of videos on youtube ;)
Same story with Su-34 & 30SM, because god forbid they’ll have to put in more effort (while still sitting outside of enemy SPAA coverage) into getting kills.
Oh, worried about CAP? Dw, I am too in my EFT, everyone is. Difference is you’ll still get 4 to 6 kills before a CAP jet gets you, and I have a good chance of getting none.

Its clear that there are propaganda purposes to all of this modern russian stuff, especially when they were popularized by a certain situation happening in real life. Things like the 38MT and Pantsir are so on the nose i really cant think of any other explanation…
That’s a decent change, as not everything needs to have everything. 30SM without IR missiles would be fine.
It’s the least agile top tier fighter and dumps all its speed in two turns. F-15E/I, F-16C/A OCU, Typhoon and Rafale all run circles around it. Not a great platform to use beamriding AGMs from.
I don’t really get the complaints about the timeline. The Su-25SM3 was added way after the F-16C was already in game, which could do CAS just as good while also being able to fly CAP.
9 months or whatnot is also not really a long time for something to be “OP” (and I’d argue that the Su-25SM3 never was, but anyways) on the scale of this game. HVARs on Sabres were the best CAS by far for more than a year, it took half a year to add an SPAA that could shoot the AH-1Z down, it took more than a year to add some sort of equivalent to the FJ-4B VMF 232 and so on.

Why does it need KH-38MT or even KH-38MLs when something like the Tornado Gr4 only has SAL brimstone 1s or PGMs
Because the Pantsir existed for 2 years and most nations lacked the SPAA performance to do anything against a Su-25 firing KH-29s and yes ,they also lacked the performance to deal with an F-16, but at least an F-16 had to defend against a Pantsir most of the time and that could and actually fight back rather well and AGM-65s have a fraction of the performance a KH-38 has, if nothing else, AGM-65 does not have IOG, which means smoke is a hard counter. KH-38… it will still kill 75% of the time.

Arguably because it is at a significantly higher BR. I would not push for removing weapons, otherwise once Brimstones are unfucked, folk will just get those removed. We really should just be suggesting the addition of counters. Arguably longer range maps + longer range sams would resolve the problem.
38s are very useful for sim air to ground, from my little foray into it recently. Would not be entirely thrilled if ground got it stolen from me.
The point is, the only nation that has ANYTHING even close to the KH-38MT in terms of performance is france with the AASM.
Su-30 and Su-34 would not suffer with only KH-38ML and KH-29 for FnF. Would still probably be the best CAS because they dont have to fight Pantsirs ever.
And Typhoon being denied its historically accurate Brimstone variant because its too OP but the Su-34 and Su-30 and Su-25 getting a fictional weapon which outperforms everything is just major bias

And the Tornado GR4 being anything higher than 11.7 means its facing against any 12.7 and soon 13.0 CAS anyway. It might as well be the same BR because its not going to change a thing
If I run a 12.3 lineup for the GR4 I will face Su-30SMs 100% of the time, I might as well run the Typhoon instead.

The F-15E is a strike aircraft, so no. Besides that I don’t get why you’re comparing it with strike aircraft, the distinction is almost artificial at top tier and you’re competing with the most viable CAS and CAP planes. Or did you mistype and were talking about the Su-25SM3 instead of the Su-30SM? I don’t really understand the point you’re trying to make.
I’d much fly an F-16C against a Pantsir than a Su-25SM against an F-16C. The F16 dictates the engagement in both scenarios, and it’s a fight it should easily win if flown by a competent pilot.
AGM-65s are worse of course, but the planes flight performance makes up for that.
Not the best CAS, but viable, sure. Not comparable to 12 Vikhrs though.
