the requirement for that is the KH38MT being needed, but its replacements do exists like the ML.
So thats not an argument u can do easy as that

It being needed or not is pretty subjective, as you can say it’s needed and I can say it’s not and both of our opinions should matter the same. It’s up to Gaijin to decide if something is needed or not.
ML isn’t it’s replacement as it has a completely different type of guidance. That’s like removing a dart from a tank and leaving it with HEAT-FS.
then the replacement is the KH29 variant, fact is they dont need to replace the KH38MT. The planes have plenty of other variant to choose from. IF it is a non existent missle like its proven right now, it should be removed easy as that
if the tank never used a dart it shouldnt get it easy as that, why u think the bagel doesnt get its dart?
we know it existed etc, but we arent getting to the sources as a result it does not get apfsds and is stuck with APCBC .
IF the tank doesnt use APFSDS take it away, just like the KH38MT needs to be removed from the planes

Actually, The onus is not entirely on them to prove existence, you also have a duty to prove to gaijin that the MT was cancelled and never reached testing. A lack of either is not an indicator in either direction.
