because you have read early on the thread. When everyone was batching BBCRF. Stupidly and blindly thinking the Seeker was the servo… BTW in all the image posted. Its not that the only one that the Seeker its looking downwards. There is also pic for other Kh-38 variant with the same “problem”.
do you have an answer for why you can see the edge of the circuit board and the edge of the lens at the same time overlapping
the only way this is possible is if the edge of the lens is transparent which doesnt make sense or the ‘lens’ is a reflection in the glass housing
70km when launched from 15,000 meters.
You can’t be serious.
Oh ok, since you said seeker swap when I was referring to possible mockup I thought you had it confused
I have marked the visible edge of both, those lines cant intercept inless one is off a reflection or transparent
if you look at the image without those markings both of those new lines are still visible
Yeah, i mentionned that to be a possibility, I’d like to see them if they exist though
That’s a T95 guy
dont talk about something you know nothing about
you clearly dont understand the t28/t95 re-designations
its a t28 youre just spouting things you know nothing on
I dont get what youre trying to convey here ngl
Pretty sure he is being sarcastic with the whole poof and t28 thing.
Also the thing your talking its pretty sure just reflection from the upper side of the missile. There is not way a Circuit like you said would be transparent.
looking at this image
I can see both of those arcs at the same time, if the edge of the “lens” was solid like 99.9% of lenses than that would be impossible, you wouldnt be able to see the edge of the circuit board, hence im reasonably sure the “lens” is created by the reflection of the guard rail visible in front of it in other images
You two clearly missed the point, there is 2 tanks for a single tank, therefore one is fake.
You’re just assuming that its the Edge of the Circuit board. And don’t realize how reflective those thing are.
and your just assuming thats a lens, and dont realize how reflective those things are
IR seeker heads are set up like this most the time, the clear covering doesnt create sifficient reflections to screw with the camera just like the gap between a lens and sensor doesnt on any other kind of camera system.
its also a single use thing so the additional cost of making it look pretty is a fools errand
excuse the caption of the gif, this is literally the only video i know of that shows a gimbal mouted ir seeker moving
both existed at some point, so neither is fake
