I mean I would assume that anyone who came here to talk about the jagdtiger has played 6.7 RGB at least a little so that they can draw from their own information about what 6.7 tanks exist in each nation and how easy it is to kill a jagdtiger with them. I didn’t think I would have to explain, in detail, how each nation is equipped to handle it, but OK.
US - T34, M50, M56, M109 can all frontally pen with at least one ammo type.
USSR - SU-122-54, ASU-85, 2S3M can all frontally pen with at least one ammo type.
UK - G6, M109, Ratel 90, FV4005 can all frontally pen with at least one ammo type.
Japan - Their whole lineup has heatfs, I’m not even going to name them.
China - Type 62 (not many tanks but also not a typical country you’d play 6.7 at)
Italy - AuBL, FIAT, M109
France - AMX M4 (Just barely, not really a 6.7 faction)
Sweden - 501, charioteer, and Bkan
Israel - M-51’s for daaaaaays
Also you may want to reconsider calling someone’s argument “asinine” if you’re the only one who couldn’t understand it.
Again the same argument applies to all tanks in the game. Many 6.7 tanks can’t penetrate the front so they have to flank. Same applies to literally every single BR. Some maps a well positioned JT can only be dug out by CAS. Asinine.
Your listing of tanks simply proves this point, just because a handful of tanks can penetrate the front doesnt mean people have them unlocked or even use them in their lineup (Can simplify your argument and just say use HEAT). You are also leveraging ideal tanks in ideal situations, an AMX M4 can’t reliably pen a JT even in perfect conditions unless flanked. If Timmy spawns in his M26, he doesnt get the luxury of insta-swapping tanks. So Timmy needs to get creative as he has neither the pen, armor or mobility to take on a JT from the front.
You said that every nation is equipped if used “right” then go on to give examples of tanks with the highest penetration rounds or Artillary. So you are implying that the only tanks that can be played “right” are those that can inherently pen the front of a JT. Thats just basic gameplay…any noob can point and click.
I think a better point for players is have them understand the strengths and weakness of their tanks. The best French tanks at 7.7 can’t even pen a JT at range a +1BR over it (you mention the AMX M4 but it cant reliably pen the front at 500m) but they arent supposed to be sniping back and forth, thats not their way of dealing with that tank. French tanks are mobile with quick reloads they have to flank.
The AMX-13 at 6.7 is similar, will never pen a JT from the front so it leverages mobility.
Il stat shame you bro, stop yapping, the OP made a very stupid post and got clowned on, the best thing he could do now is reflect on his post and get better at the game. Please stop trying to defend this kind of behaviour on the forums, its no diffrent from people who complain about Tigers and shit…
Its alright at 6.7, br decompression is what needed, not move things up and down, OP downtiered and unplayable uptiered isnt the way.
The thing has a devastating 128mm, not good but powerful, slow reload and very sluggish, okay ish at long to long-mid range, cause the armor is harder to pen for some tanks, moving it up or down isnt the way.
Your a little bit behind, If you continue reading you will notice i have replied to the OP suggesting that he should refrain from such posts till he earns his nuke badge, then he will know what OP is 😆
Just like their BT-7 [F32], RBT-5, BA-11, T-126, Matilda (F-96), SU-85A, SU-100Y, KV-2 (ZiS-6), KV-220, KV-122, T-34-100, T-44-100, T-44-122, TIS MA, I-185, I-29, ITP (M-1), Tu-1, Su 8, M6A2E1, & especially the Kronshtadt, Sevastopol, & Sovetsky Soyuz…Additionally, gaijin themselves gave us the precedent for adding in a 128 L/66 Jagdtiger complete with a turbine engine:
Nah, 7.0 is enough. I always encounter 2 or 3 Jagdtigers vs my poor IS-2. I can 1v1 and kill it but 1v3 is impossible while everyone said it very easy to kill 3 Jagdtiger in an IS-2 face to face.
