Gaijin pls downtier the j35xs because its br is to high and when you get uptierd you cannot do anything
and stuff it fights in downtiers cant do anything about it

It is already under BRed. Only way it goes down further if it starts getting nerfed. Such as loosing its flares, weaker missiles, etc
