The IMI 60mm HVMS M113 First Prototype. M113 HVMS Discussion Thread

How fast it can go in water?

Every model of the m13 we have in game does not have amphibious capabilities. I already tried to find if the Zelda was and it wasn’t

It would be the same as the other M113s, so around 6 kph or so.

So useless

They do have amphibious capabilities, they are based on an amphibious APC. It should be assumed they retained the amphibious capabilities unless specifically stated otherwise. I can see that the A2 they stopped considering it amphibious (it should be noted though it seems unclear if it would actually truly sink), however, most of the ones we have in game are the A1.

I think there was a version without an auotloader ar at least with a slower reload, 4-6 seconds as I recall.

I believe these two have already been corrected.

Added, Thanks!

Also worth noting as I’m sure everyone here is already aware, the ingame name has been changed form the “Zelda” to the “Bardelas”. This is because in IDF service (as per what I’ve been told), the official name given to M113 based APCs was the Bardelas, and “Zelda” name was a nickname given to it. Think of it like the Falcon/Viper thing for the F-16.

So nice to see the correct turret basket!

Is this suppose to have thermals like the VCC-80/60?

No, the HVMS is an earlier project, it doesn’t have thermals.
At the moment we don’t even know for sure whether it has a LRF since we don’t know the exact model of FCS it uses.

Shameless plug:
