With the upcoming BR changes, every other F5A airframe got lowered in BR, except for guess who? The bum f5a (G) which is at 11.0 because of the 9Ls. Like why? It has a mid airframe compared to the C and E, it has constant uptiered and it doesn’t even have CCIP, any computers, optics and it doesn’t even have all 3 penguins. And the penguin is genuinely dookie, like there’s no reason for it to be at 11.0 while the F5as in France and China are going down to 9.7??? Like even making the (G) go down to 10.7 or 10.3 would make it more competitive, but it’s isn’t even mentioned once in the BR changes. Also it’s at 10.7 GRB when it has nothing going for it, the AGM 12s are literally outclassed by lower BR planes that can carry a better armament, the SU25 and K variant are 10x better at 10.0 GRB. Also I’m pretty sure it should get the 9L (I) missles but I’m not entirely sure. But gaijin needs to buff it or lower it’s BR in AIR and GROUND because it’s outclassed by everything that’s in it’s BR or above, it’s good in a downtier. Anyways I just wanted to express my frustrations about gaijins stupid BR changes.
Correction, it should have 1 penguin. My mistake and it doesn’t have any computers or optics. But the cockpit weirdly says it does? And the statcard also says it does have optics which it shouldn’t but my point still stands it’s dookie at it’s BR in Ground and mid at it’s BR in Air.

At it’s Br sure, but it gets constant uptiered to 12.0, it can’t compete at that BR because it’s so limited. 10.7 is just a fair BR considering the other F5a’s are going down to 9.7 when they were 10.3.

And they can compete, unlike the F5a (G) which can’t effectively. At 11.7 is where it starts to get hard, but not impossible.
And the F-5 easily competes as well
At 11.7 it’s easily overpowered by it’s opponents and allies, you have nothing going for you. Everything is superior in some way, not in everything but you will lose since you are severely limited. Also the other F5a’s are going down in BR. Same airframe same everything the difference is basically only the missle it carries and payload. There is nothing to argue about, it is the same plane just an event vehicle at a higher BR with a different payload, it has no business being 10.7 GRB and 11.0 ARB.
