F-104 lacks “Good flight performance” because all it can do is go fast. You cannot really contest anything in a fight without being able to turn.
Add the Sea harrier to that list as well (I know its classed as a strike aircraft in game, but its really a fighter)
In fact I think the only aircraft at that BR that can really compete with the F-5s are the Mig-21s
In all honesty i forgot the harriers existed. TBH i would say sea harrier is a fighter. There is probably also something else i forgot but obviously everyone (except OP) gets the idea.
Mirage IIIs probably dont have a great time. But rarely see those. Same with a few swedish things. But yeah, I’d say the F-5s are probably some of the strongest aircraft (if not the strongest aircraft) in the game at their BR quite easily
Yeah M39s are inconsistent as fuck because of realshatter but, imo it can stay at 10.7BR.
Don’t get me wrong, it is really good dogfighter at its BR but, current 11.0s are facing against goddamn F-16As and MiG-29s, so, it is questionable to face against 12.0s again.
If 11.0-12.0 is decompressed, the F-5E and Kfir Canard can move their BR higher, but the only current 11.0 BR aircraft that can sit in that same BR are overtiered stuffs like the F-4EJ, F-104S and J-7D at best.
never had any problem with any guns in game, mostly because i don’t like using HE rounds but AP rounds which have their usefulness much more than what most people thinks about :)
f5e is super good, use AP belts for its guns to shred planes internals
missiles are ok
it gets easier gun aiming with radar lock
it has acceptable speed good turns and very good energy retention
F5 isnt supposed to be great its just mid/good in everything and that makes it awesome

He posts things and most of the times comes back with a 5/6/7 kills in a game with said aircraft,…
So complainning on something he works around pretty well serves nothing and should be stopped, to avoid problematics over the individuals.
Most of those being trashing out each others, threatnings, and some more serious points.
Cpt Bel V is passive aggressive and has a condescending attitude towards everyone he doesn’t like. He’s been like this forever even since the old forums. When I came here I was a normal guy looking for help but all I found is “skill issue, git gud, ur bad” and other sorts of mockery. This is like the guy that starts going to twitter to expect global news and ends up getting corrupted. Don’t blame it on me.
lmfao so if defyn posts a 10 kill on an objectively shit aircraft he says it’s bad should we flame his videos and say how good the aircraft is? I play said aircraft right after making the post in order to counter any future “skill issue” points. Because this is the very mentality of this forum, I have my experience in this game and have played both the aircraft that kill me and the ones I struggle with to know which one is better than the other.
Just by judging how the plane flies compared to everything else, do you do good because the plane is good? or because people is bad? if the plane has empirically and objectively worse performance and armament than the competence why would it be considered any good? it’s not that the plane is OP if people aren’t paying attention, get slow in their mach 1.3 delta wings and don’t pre flare every time they go up and down.
