In an air RB scenario we wouldn’t usually meet head on. One would usually start in the six or sideways from that matter. Also don’t expect to rate fight in f-5c if you’re keeping it at 400 ias. To outrate you have to stay at 850ias and constantly tap W to not lose speed.

From then if someone happens to have very high battle count and high KD in certain plane they complain about, and that nowadays few people can positive in, maybe they’re actually not bad in that plane.
