i have been grind both side. i have been able to flare the r60 in most cases. usually while at 100% throttle in the f4e. sometimes at 102-110% if far enough.

Im sure i could flare them at closer ranges than i normally do but i like the habit of dropping after burner to flare before turning it back on.

That was early in the br changes I believe, and the F-4S was still popular due to it being one of the only close to top tier premiums.

we need MASSIVE amounts im talking like .7 or 1.0 between BRs as decompression in current form is beyond molasses

its that or .7 uptiers as 1.0 is to great of vehicle gap it becomes more of who has better vehicle than actual skill

AIM9L’s are unusable if opponent has flares these days. They need some flare resistance. R60’s are the opposite, you can have your throttle at zero and a dozen flares out the back while notching and it ignores all the flares and still hits your cold jet.

I get so sick of the bullshit in this game.

Dude I can be in rear aspect and 1000meters and AIM9L’s will still go for flares, I’m not joking. Meanwhile R60 ignores all flares, while I’m noting with zero throttle, it’s only because of this event I can tell how bad it is in the first place. It’s not a skill issue if R60 is easy mode and AIM9L is impossible mode for some weird reason. I’m grinding both nations for the event.
