Does that make gaijins AV-8A at all close to these planes? Not by far. Just bad pilots.

But i am beyond the point of talking about balance issues seriously. Game is a mess, was a mess and will remain a mess. So i don’t really care if F-15A will go down to 12.3 or F-4J will go up, i’ll just gonna play as long as i am having fun and move on when fun will run dry

I am getting close to F-15A. Got half a year of premium from selling Delta Dagger so I thought it was a good idea to cash in by researching big tech tree. As well as personally see if US truly suffers as people tend to claim. So far I had nothing but pure enjoyment (outside of F-5E because everyone just runs away from you and you get constant 12.0 uptiers because of premium horde).
These people are highly exaggerating. Yes, the US is not as strong as let’s say, Russia at top tier, but what they do have is not bad. F-15C GE is a very solid plane, almost on par with Eurofighter in 16v16 environment due to having more missiles and lots of countermeasures while being relatively fast.
WT players struggle with something they like being mid, they tend to associate mid with being bad, which is not the case.

Me when my favorite plane isn’t a hard meta lobby destroyer. For now I am just amazed how easy US jets are to pick up and do well in them. A lot of the aircrafts that I thought would be a bit of a struggle, came out as extremely strong and some almost hand held
Probs the best time to get it is now man, when it was 13.0 it was a steep learning curve due ot the lack of ARHs.
F5E is a weapon of a plane man, the 5c as well lol, last time I took out hte 5C was a 7 kill match 4 of which where Mig23MLs xD
To be fair, USA air dominated top tier for almost what 4 years?
F14, F16, F15s and such then the F15E which was at release untouchable.

F14 was only put in it’s place last year, the F14A IRIAF destroyed many BR brackets by forcing stuff further down
Right now i only found out that no one wants to be close to you. People either run away, spam missiles or jump at you 3-4 at once.
One of the reasons i eneded up choosing US specifically and not UK or Japan or any other nation. F-15s moving down to 12.7 was so baffling, as well as people defending this decision so i just had to get one for myself

4 x aim9M which are solid, no matter what folks try tell youhere they are good missiles.
4 X AIM7M while not OP or anything like that they are reliable enough., the radar is pretty good as well nothing super OP but good.
The FM is fun as hell , 240 CMs as well as thrust for days.
i used them on a Eurofighter. Pretty solid stuff, even if you take into account comical quirk of instantly going for a missile engine if enemy happens to fire it while 9M is on the way.
4J already shows promise with long range sparrows. Although i am missing E-2 booster, that thing is actually pretty good at close range
Aye they’re actually prety decent wee missiles man, folks here just want an unbeatable missiles
totally different BRs man the 4J 7M are the 2nd best sparrows, at the BR they are at though the other SARH missiles are far more competitive
Well, not like i am not being uptiered into R-27ER lobbies. It’s just that E-2 seems to be a bit more roll resistant than 7F and 7M slowpokes. You rarely fire Sparrow past 5km anyways, so i am constantly switching between E-2 and 7F right now on my Brick Supreme
I’ve got some 30km sparrow kills in the F-18 what are you talking about.
The sparrow is an incredible weapon.
In a dogfight it’s very fun, fire a missile that the enemy can’t flare when they are low on energy and can’t notch.
Joys of having all-aspect PD radar. My current record with F-4J is 25km, but it was an F-4EJ zomber so nothing too fancy.
i agree with that. It is outclassed by R-24 or R-27E but you can still collect a solid amount of kills with them
I’ve done very well with the Royal Navy phantom it’s all about how you employ the weapon.
I think AIM-7F would be better while the E would be lower (skyflash dogfight)
