The Eurofighters Radar is still a placeholder A MONTH after the patch. The rafale has gotten multiple buffs and fixes. While the Eurofighter still feels like a flying placeholder. The radar does not even have an air to ground mode wich is insane by itself. And the T/W ration artificialy nerfed aswell.

Most new Jets that doesn’t have their radar already modeled has had a placeholder for quite a while after release, its nothing unique to the Eurofighter.
This is not really a feature in game yet (a few exceptions). There are a lot of jets in game that IRL has air to ground radars that doesn’t yet have them in game.
Are there reports for this that are either not answered yet or that has been accepted?
Yet, as you said, because its confirmed to come soon back, we just dont know how soon

What’s the point of the dev server then? Why even release them like this in the first place? The standard nato radar is better than the Eurofighter, even some 12.7 have better TWS capable radars than the Eurofighter currently.
Having a “placeholder” radar config that is purposefully nerfed also doesn’t make any sense when gaijin could just copy-paste the F-16C radar config for example.
On the other hand, the rafale has a fantastic radar with a much better IRST that is able to acquire passive IR locks at extreme ranges.
I’m not saying the Eurofighter is bad by any means, it’s arguably the best for the current meta. But I’d rather gaijin didn’t release unfinished stuff while power creeping other jets at the same time on already ridiculously compressed BRs
Thats not it, there was an real awnser of it comming back, but I also cant find it anymore

Was also on the dev server then removed for live.
It is exceptionally fiddly radar to use. It is just blue vixen from the sea harrier at the moment, but with extra bugs. Fighting things like rafales which locate you instantly and you can spend an age starting at a target trying to get a lock.

Yea, thats it… well was in the future and not soon, even tho we had it allreadyon the dev server but GMTI mode was lost somewhere between dev server → Live server… bleh
