Also is the M55 really sitting at 4.0 ? There is no way she can meet PZ IIIs, IVs, shermans etc… she has to go up to 6.7 or 7.0 at least…

Will the F-5TH have access to 4 Derby missiles?
As it stands it is pretty horrendous at 13.3 with only 2 FOX 3 missiles while the F-16A ADF/MLU get 6 (arguably better) FOX 3 missiles, more countermeasures (MLU) and are faster with a better flight performance.
HMD and irccm missiles are not enough to counteract that much of a difference.
If anything this thing is a perfect counterpart to the Kfir C.10:
- same missile load,
- about the same CMs load,
- their FMs trade blow for blow.
Maybe consider moving it down to 13.0? This would actually make sense for a gen 3 plane with FOX 3s (F-4F ICE, J-8F, JA-37DI, Kfir C.10 are all 13.0 with some of them having arguably better loadouts - F-4F ICE) while it would remain balanced within reason.

IMO, VFM-5 and Stingray should not be the same BR:
VFM-5 is lighter with a better engine, even if the Stingray gets 550HP it will have WAY worse HP/Tonne (25.24 or 25.94 vs 29.04), it has a lower top speed, it has MUCH worse turret traverse (~30°/s vs 40°/s), much worse depression (7.5° vs 10°), less smoke grenades with the only thing being better is the elevation speed.
VFM-5 should just receive thermals and go to 9.7 or the Stingray should have a shorter reload time, as both their implementations are otherwise decently correct (except the optics zoom)

SPAA should not shutdown CAS. CAS should always be able to reasonably destroy SPAA.

So now that APKWS has been added on a bunch of US jets, can we have a look at adding HEAT and other Warhead/Fuze combinations to the APKWS family?
China got them, so why not everyone else?
