Squeaky wheel gets the grease!

Well that can be said of any aircraft to be fair, especially weapon-wise.

If J-10C is in a bad state then so is the Gripen E since both of them are relatively the same in overall performance capabilities for air rb, maybe J-10C slightly better since it carries PL-12 and not AMRAAMs. So no, J-10C getting feedback and fixes from Gaijin while Gripen E doesn’t, is not because J-10C is in a bad state and Gripen E is not.

i can understand weapon wise (adding every NATO weapon on a single aircraft like yeah ok), but the aircraft itself doesnt have his 360° rwr, maw doesnt work, mfd are bugged as hell and hmd is a copy paste of the C model. also there is many more issues that there is even a list of every report made and ignored.

changed my post to better fit what i meant to say, of course i think gripen e needs air to air buffs

I feel like it’s because the jet was kinda rushed in the last dev updates of Line of Contact.

Still doesn’t justify the fact that reports aren’t acted on, that is true.

No one said J-10C shouldn’t get buffs, just that Gripen E simply did not because Gripen E mains did not complain as much as J-10C mains did, that’s all. I did not make any more statement beyond that scope.

ofc it was rushed it was released a week after the dev servers was open, the main problem is that even after 2 updates it doesnt get anything except a hud that make it unplayable in sim (where it was barely ok)

It kinda sounded like Rusty didn’t think J-10C was in a bad state

The so called “J-10C buffs” — an engine whose (marginal) increase in performance is mostly present at sea level and decreases the more alt it gains, all while increasing the already terrible fuel consumption, increasing the weight of the aircraft and effectively changing nothing when it comes to the J-10C flight model.

The second buff: PL-12A, a missile that’s not even finished and sorrounded by its own problems.

TL:DR — nothing changed. The plane is practically in the same state as when it released, and it still feels like garbage

doesnt change the fact that the gripen e got nothing except bugs, you asked for changes on j10c, you got them while you didnt needed them

What makes you think it didn’t need them?
Lmao

asking the same for the gripen e, still why did it get nothing ?
lmao

like you got what you asked for and keep complaining for nothing

How am i supposed to know

Let me ask you this: what would you do if the gripen got the changes you so wish for, but gaijin modeled them in such a way that the benefits you would get from them are either marginal or just non existent?

What if the gripen got the extended wings, but at the same time the wing loading gets higher and so does the overall weight, canceling out the benefits you would get from larger wing area?

The same thing happened to the J-10C; it got the new engine, but gaijin not only did randomly increase the channel loss, but also increased the weight of the aircraft and increased the fuel consumption, making the potential gain marginal at best.

Lastly, even on release the gripen E was already superior than the J-10C in everything but number of missiles and quality of said missiles. This has not changed in any capacity

answering with what you said, “how am i supposed to know”, ill know once the changes will come (hopefuly)

It released undertiered in air RB and is now perfectly fine at 14.3.

So lets not go full Sweden suffers mode.

Also saying that the J-10C didn’t need changes is also peak comedy. I have actually played it on live and I’d much rather be in a Gripen E any day of the week, the Gripen E is much easier to play.

Coming from you, John Skill Issue, that is ironic.
