Amid all these changes to the new-ish Fire Control System modules for tanks, isn’t about time that destroying the gunner’s optic be made to remove it 's functionality until repaired ?

Only this variant? Or can a similar case to the I-16 happen? (they all share the same model)
Make it so it adds a broken lens distortion effect, gunner optics affects when you aim, commander optics affects you when you use binoculars or third person.

In the datamine, it was changed today’s patch to be from MAWS countermeasure release to RWR+MAWS, meaning it now knows if the missile is radar or not and will dump chaff now.
that’s actually very useful so I don’t even need to do that anymore if I have MAW

Why wasn’t Russia given the version with HEAT-FRAG fragmentation penetration, like the others? It says so in the article, after all: “Soviet/Russian aircraft, as well as those from Warsaw Pact nations, will receive the RBK-500, which is a 500 kg bomb carrying ANTI-TANK!!! submunitions” The RBK-500 PTAB-1M is loaded with 268 PTAB-1M anti-tank submunitions. The RBK unit weighs 427 kg, with a length of 1,954 mm and a diameter of 450 mm. Each PTAB-1M shaped-charge anti-tank submunition weighs 944 g, measures 260 mm in length, and has a diameter of 42 mm. A single submunition is capable of penetrating 200 mm of homogeneous armor (when striking at a normal angle).

I assume it has just not been introduced yet, new CBU’s having been added to dev almost on a daily basis now, so I guess it may be added as well.

Could you please answer a question regarding the RBK-500 bombs with anti-tank submunitions, which were mentioned in the developers’ blog? Why are they missing for the USSR/Russia, unlike for the other nations?
