It can be seen that at the designated altitude of 6,500 meters, the J2M5 can actually reach a top speed of 648 km/h, far exceeding the 615 km/h stated on its data card. Its in-game performance is consistent with real-world records, but for some reason, the data cardcontains this error.
（One thing needs to be added: I learned from a popular science channel that the J2M5 could reach a top speed of 650 km/h, but due to the scarcity of surviving documentation from the former Empire of Japan, I have not yet been able to find the flight manual for the J2M5. In other words, my current knowledge comes from hearsay.）

For most Japanese planes, the maximum speed is given for combat (100%) power.
Example: J2M2 - 596 kmh at 5450m
