The concept 3's interior is made of magic air

How many 152mm shells need to pass through this magic air before it stops existing

Not sure if it is magical, but its interior indeed is made out of air. Air is crucial in tank operating, as it is one of the resources needed for the tank main driving force, commonly refered to as the crew. Without the air, the crew effectiveness drops drasticly, ending at 0 after a short while. It is a common thing for all crewed tanks, and vehicles in general.

Where are its electronics? Batteries? Hydraulics?

I do not know. I do not possess blueprint or operation manual of said vehicle. In order to obtain that information, you would need to reach out to one of South African museums, and ask them if they are in possession of them, or reach out to South African government with request of sharing said documents with you.

“You would need to”

I need Gaijin as developers to develop their game.

Well, if that is your issue, i suggest you contact one of the Gaijin employees, and you voice your concerns to them, giving detailed feedback that would help to improve the game.

This is a known issue and is being worked on, although it seems they focus on higher tier vehicles and artillery for now.

Sholef has more detailed interiors.

Until then, we get stupid ratels and concept 3s that survive ridiculous beatings.

This forum is designed to provide feedback for developers.

Then feel free to provide it.
However, i would suggest you move this topic to “Machinery of war Discussion”

That’s what this thread is doing.

Its as simple as loading HE

load HE or aim your first shot better

For the batteries, It runs off of the engines magneto.

Electronics, are, practically non-existant.

It has no notable hydraulics, except maybe a small actuator for gun elevation and depression.

Imma be honest, while the Ratel can, in my experience, survive a first shot, unless you’re dumping APDS or solid shot into the back where there’s no crew… it doesn’t tend to like being shot.

A battery being hit, would resolve in a fire,… obviously with ATEX problems this fire could result in an instant fireball from the inside of the tank.

Therefore,… asking a battery to hold up a Shell is… troubling.

Ratel is weird.

I had a game where i took multiple shots on hurtgenwald going to c, took multiple shots fighting for the point losing my engine and gun, then had all my wheels rocketed off by planes and survived until the end of match.

Then i had games i got hit with a small burst of 50 cal and died.

As long as something hits like front 25% of Ratel, it dies. Further than that it is either nothing or engine.

I don’t think 57mm HE will overpressure the Concept 3

I don’t think shooting to reload my 152mm shell to HE will net me a kill unless the Concept 3 is far and away

It’s easier than that.
It is a modified Saracen… drum roll please… APC so it of course has a lot of empty space with only 4 crew and a bigger gun on top.

/thread

edit: The true chad for this is the Ratel, especially if you have a low rock outcrop to hide the engine. Bait the shot with your ass, APHE doesn’t fuse, then remove the person who fired at you.

Of course, a lead-acid battery will explode if a HE shell finds its way to it and detonates…
Or if the charge controller delivers excess voltage and oxyhydrogen is produced, but that is rather unlikely.
Sulfuric acid splashes are likely to be the most dangerous thing about such a battery. Or that it falls on your foot.
