They all have 6.0 sec auto mechanic reloading after the hot patch. They are surprise than theirs current BR range.
The tanks in 9.3 range with 105mm gun has 7.1 sec expert and 6.7 sec elite crews manual reloading time. KPZ is even faster than elite crews, the only except is JAPZK of german tech tree, it has 5 sec reloading, but without stabilizer, stabilizer worth 1.0 BR.
The tanks in 10.0 range with 105mm gun has 7.1 sec expert and 6.7 sec elite crews, T-64A/B has 6 sec reloading time.
And tanks in 10.3 or 10.7 range with 105 mm guns has 5.3 sec expert and 5 sec elite crews, but with underpowered apfsds.
The tanks in 10.7 with 120 mm guns has 6.3 sec expert and 6 sec elite crew. T-80 series, has autoloading 6 sec, it’s surprior than normal tech tree 10.3 or 10.7 vehicles.
And only MSC in 11.0 has autoloading with 6 sec.

I suggest to do the BR changes to reflect theirs performance improved.
KPZ-70 should be moved to BR 9.7 from 9.3 in GRB, its reloading time is superior than all 9.3 tanks.
T-64A should be moved to 9.3 or 9.7 from 9.0 in GRB, it doesn’t have laser rangefinder.
T-64B should be moved to 10.3 from 10.0, T-64B has very better armor layout than T-72B(1983) and faster reloading time than T-72B, no reason to stay at 10.0.
T-80UD should be moved to 10.7 from 10.3, it doesn’t have thermal view for gunner sight, thermal gunner view, worth 1/3 BR.
T-80B should be moved to 11.0 from 10.7, it still has better armor layout than MSC.
