I love how Alvis always resorts to flagging messages which contain even the slightest amount of offensive wording because someone simply disagreed with him, it’s honestly just a fact that the Black Prince isn’t a meta vehicle at 6.0.

Leopard 2A5 has the gun of an 8.3.
Engine worse than an 8.3.
Tiger 1 has the gun of a 4.0.
Engine of a 2.0.
Those arguments are negative, you can’t compare incompatible platforms. A 75mm gun is never equivalent to 17 pounder. And 5kph, 3MPH more reverse speed is massive. The pen advantage is massive.
And thanks for admitting the Black Prince is good by citing your stats.

BT-7M has a 600HP engine, and War Thunder’s traction is simplified at this time to where power to weigh matters most regardless of engine type or track type. Though there is torque advantage based on engine type, it’s sadly minor compared to outright power to weight.

KDR on its own is a meaningless stat. My Conq stats are the prove of that.
They do not reflect the performance of the Conq at all, as they are entirely achived via cheesing the system and actively not participating in the game as intended.
The 88 is far stronger than the 17pounder… What are you smoking. It has better angle pen, better post pen damage and a compareable reload. Flat pen is about as usefull an indicator of gun performance as KDR is XD

The 88mm gun has half the pen on a slower. The reason why Black Prince is so good in the offensive is because of that pen and fire rate. You can ammo rack, breech, gunner so quickly compared to other tanks.

Never knew the 17pounder had 300mm of pen, mine must be broken with around 170mm of flat pen VS Tiger I with around 150mm.
It is also 5s VS 7.4s aced which is not that much considering the much lower damage of the 17 pounder, especially with your beloved APDS which you should never use. To further bring that home. A penetrating hit of the 88mm Pzgr will oneshot kill due to overpressure, meanwhile anything but a great shot will require you to shoot a target twice with the 17 pounder.
The 88 is the stronger gun no questions about that.

I exclusively use APDS because it’s objectively the best round.
I just don’t hit spaced armor.
You can choose worse rounds on tanks if you want, but you can’t claim that tank is bad when you choose the worse rounds.

Better armor, mobility, Gun, EVERYTHING, and its 5.7.
Explain to me why the Black Prince can’t get a buff, or moved down?
It either needs its Meteor engine (Which comes into play here because the Tiger P has 150hp more than it should, since the Command tank was rebuilt with 2 de-rated PZIV engines, instead of the Porsche Aircooled V10s, meaning in game its a fake tank, since it has the same power as the Ferdinand, instead of the around 450-500hp it should have.)
Or it gets moved down. THAT SIMPLE.

As well as a tactic at the end to make sure it’s always effective.
Porsche Tiger is marginally more mobile, a bit worse gun, more armor, significantly worse turret traverse.

lets see here… a Top speed of 11mph… Average speed of around 5mph… Poor hull Traverse rate…
VS a 20mph Top speed, average of around 15, Same speed both forward and backward, and a Pretty decent hull traverse rate.
