Oh my God it’s the best of both worlds

Who would’ve thought Gaijin could pull this off. Honestly incredible

@viridiano could you possibly compare new Fakour-90 with new AIM-54A in the same scenario?

I dont think the real question is if they can, but if they want :v

Fully expected. I was just curious to see them go

meters or feet?

should be meters

That explain why in statshark it shows no difference

Oops, forgot to mention, but yes meters. Idk what the exact table is that WT uses, but I used this:

But compared to previous values, in order to have the same motor impulse as before, now you need to be at around 9.6km altitude, below it, you’re slightly worse off, above it, better. Although this is assuming the thrust multiplier scales linearly between those pressure values.

Probably with the old engine peformance and the new modifier it would be much closer to the current fakour, (i manually set the thrust to 17556N and 30s)

aim-54C better than FAKOUR yet ?

Now we know why the thrust was adjusted and nerfed in the first place.

no

Will never be, at least in BVR

Now have variable thrust of missile engine?
If i fire the missile 10000m?

fakour has shorter range from what ive read about it IRL so how its better ingame make zero sense
