i literally have a Leopard 2A4M waiting for me to keep grinding the german tech tree, but i prefer to play the Tiger II cuz it’s my goddamn favourite tank in the entire game, and guess what? i was playing it for fun and today i got a nuke in a match, 13/14 kills and 1 captured point, and again “just having fun”, i wasn’t even rushing or actually trying to get the nuke, i was just enjoying the beautiful sound of that 8.8cm slapping someone’s Sherman’s ass and curiously got a nuke which i dropped, winning the match.
see, everyone has his preferences, my was top tier mate. I d love to play modern stuff after 35+ yrs gaming expirience beein stuck so long in ww1ww2 to cold war era.

People should be able to play whatever they want without being exploilted by the imbalance, bugs, missing features etc.
“so don’t do this or that” is the lowest form of “contribution” you could make to a conversation.

Mate, it doesnt change the fact that gajin ruined the top tier BR. Always pointing to Lower BR is´nt a solution, i could also play World Of Tanks or any other War game, that doesnt matter. Gajin has to do something. Period.
There might be few BRs that are enjoyable but enjoyable is also relevant. I realized having a good match in 10 games started to feel good but then i realized that this is supposed to be a GAME. A game, something enjoyable all around.
There might be few “good” BRs around but not enough and certainly, a full uptier is uptier and it is so mind blowingly unbalanced that there has to be an ill will not to fix it.

It’s all subjective. I think there are good lineups that are enjoyable throughout the game. Though, we already wont see eye to eye if you think uptiers are too much. Each lineup has vehicles that excel in uptiers, and some that work better when played at 120-160sp.

Well, I hope you have a more fun time at lower BRs Projectil.
I can’t project the fun I’m having at top BR ground onto others, so I can only advise you to enjoy other BRs.
The fun I’m having helping wreck Soviet teams isn’t shared by everyone.

It’s the whole “just spawn AA” all over again. Just because planes exist doesn’t mean that i want to play AAs.
I want to play tanks and not be killed all the time by enemies in helis and jets that i cannot do anything against. That’s just bad gameplay.
Atleast against most ground vehicles it’s my skill against the enemies.

Took a break from WT, decided to come back in today…
FIRST match, 12.7 France against Russia => pulverized by swarms of BMPTs, first 3 russian dudes got respectively 13/10/9 kills each.
I snapped, uninstalled. This game allocates nearly 90gb of my drive for nothing. I realized if you DO NOT play Russia, you are MOST LIKELY to loose big majority of your matches.
I think I’m gonna come back once the infantry mode is released, it might be the only solution to finaly balance the game.

BMPT is obviously an outlier, otherwise 12.7 is fairly close overall for win rates across nations

Not Germany, its the lowest at 42.9 with the next lowest 4 points higher. The mix of one death leavers with german premiums and bad german players, it’s just frustrating to play Germany now. Every br I go to its horrible. I only play germany top tier air now.
A pure ground matchmaking would be an interesting approach for sure. Even though i am not a big ground player, i would support it.
Matchmaking has been outdated for a long time and Gaijin is not doing anything to introduce new types of battles.
