I just wanted to get on here and say thank you. We are all human and we all make mistakes. But the important part is that we recognize these mistakes and do what we can do to resolve and rectify them. Again, thank you for acknowledging a small portion of your players and doing the right thing.

meanwhile they out right lie, and make up reason why they dont " believe " a certain nation ever up armored their tank Hulls with D.U or spall liners even after numerous bug reports and one of their own Tech mods proving that it did. That same nation also still doesn’t have a fire and forget missile because of a B.S reason “” it can go through smoke " meanwhile theres a russian vehicle in game that has radar and can hit tanks through smoke. Just like gaijin also doesn’t " believe " that the m829a3 can penetrate russian ERA even though thats was its entire reason for being made.
Not even going to talk about the joke that is Heli E.C battles , how every map is now flat and linear, or how only 1 nation has a Modern SPAA that has 2 firing modes and can fire at you up to 20km away.
Crazy how you could think these are " mistakes " when russian tanks have hidden modifiers and have been found with them, which makes you wonder who at gaijin made the modifiers in the first place.

I never said they were perfect my friend and I wouldn’t ever say that. I’m simply thanking them for a particular issue that they indeed screwed up and then later fixed. Let’s not get that twisted.
