I think that you should be able to test drive every vehicle and equip modifications even if you do not own it.

Test drives need a significant update, I have no idea why they are so bad, there are test drives for planes that completely lack air targets to even shoot at, none of the targets respawn, no air spawn option, itβs so weird how restrictive they make test drives that you need to grind the entire tree, and then give you the most lackluster test drive possible that is borderline useless.
When I test flight I just shoot ally aircrafts

Even that is not possible in some, with Japan you spawn 12km away from ground targets with zero air targets.
Give me a day or two and I can probably create a better user missions than that lol
I believe it, would leave you with almost 2 days of spare time as well after youβre done.
